In today's world privacy is the biggest concern of an individual. No one wants an unknown to read their chats or something else. iPhones touch ID and face ID can be used for numerous purposes and now for locking Whatsapp also. Whatsapp can be locked on any iPhone it could be an old iPhone or the latest one.
To lock Whatsapp you need to follow some simple steps that are:-
- Open Whatsapp
- Go to settings
- Click on Account
- Click on privacy
- Scroll down
- You will find screen lock option
- Set it and you are good to go
Locking Whatsapp will not allow anyone to access your information without letting you know it will make an extra layer of security as the person needs to enter the different passcode to unlock Whatsapp even if your phone is unlocked.
The plus point is that one can reply to any message through the notification bar but to see the full chat one needs to enter the passcode otherwise it will not be opened.
